About AK
Amy “AK” Trentalange, Esq., is an Associate Attorney who earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in December 2020. While at Stetson, she served as a Mock Trial Board Member, Center for Excellence in Trial Advocacy Fellow, and Teaching Assistant. Amy received several awards recognizing her achievements, including Best Advocate in the preliminary rounds of the Honorable E. Earl Zehmer Memorial Mock Trial Competition in November 2019, the Victor O. Wehle Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy in Fall 2019, and the Champion title at the Chester Bedell Memorial Mock Trial Competition in January 2020. She routinely volunteers her time to the many trial competitions hosted by her alma mater.
AK holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and an Associate in Arts from Saint Petersburg College. Additionally, she earned a Certificate in Motorcycle Technology from the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute with a Silver Level Award from the Honda Service Recognition Program.
AK has volunteered extensively within her community, contributing many hours to the Veterans Administration at Bay Pines VA FL as a Patient Transport Volunteer. AK has also volunteered with United Way Suncoast in their tax preparation clinics, low income food assistance programs, and hygiene supply drives. She frequently participates in food sharing with Food Not Bombs. In her spare time she provides tutoring to students preparing for the Florida Bar Exam.
