Attorney at Law
Born in Colombia, Victoria Posada, immigrated to Florida and calls the sunshine state home. As a compassionate and devoted attorney, Ms. Posada focuses her practice on the representation of plaintiffs in medical negligence, nursing home negligence, and wrongful death cases.
Ms. Posada attended the University of South Florida where she earned two bachelor’s degrees in political science and psychology with a minor in criminology. Ms. Posada graduated from Stetson University College of Law where she received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service award as well as the book award in Immigration Litigation. Prior to graduating, Ms. Posada interned with the Honorable Judge Tracy Sheehan and volunteered at Gulfcoast Legal Services.
Before joining the Firm, Ms. Posada worked in the non-profit sector focusing on “changing lives through justice”, where she learned the importance of helping the most vulnerable clients in their times of need. Her diversified background and experience aids in creating meaningful connections with clients, while delivering the results they need.
In her free time, Ms. Posada enjoys creating memories and new adventures while traveling around the world. She loves trying different cuisines and learning about other cultures. When she is not on a plane, Ms. Posada takes advantage of Florida’s beautiful beaches.
